Design an Agent: Building a Responsible AI Support Agent for Mobility
AI agents no longer just answer questions. They book trips, issue refunds and escalate incidents on their own. Since 2 August 2026, the transparency duties of Art. 50 AI Act apply, and the GDPR covers every trip, voice and payment record your agent touches. Compliance has to be designed in, not added later.
In this hands-on workshop, your team designs a real AI support agent for a mobility provider, from first idea to governed design.
